Navigate to: Admin > Website > Edit Website > Settings > Advanced Features > Usernote

The advanced feature where website users can add user notes along with the design. If there are any special instructions then users can add in this section. 

The User Note details are provided in the Artifi Add-to-Cart JSON. 

The additional steps to follow after assigning the Usernote feature in admin are mentioned below: 

Steps to Enable User Note from the Artifi Admin

1. During Product Setup, Select Design Note while adding the Basic Details.
2. Click on the Save button once basic details are completed.

Example User Note Workflow

1. Open the product image on the designer.
2. Click on the Order Note accordion and enter the special text for the design.
