Navigate to: Reports > Deleted History
Deleted History is the data that has been deleted by the Shopper after customization.
1. Add to Cart - When a shopper adds the customized product to the cart and deletes that product from the cart. The deleted cart product reflects in Artifi admin in the deleted history. The status is “In Progress” for the deleted add-to-cart item
2. Request a Quote - The data is deleted by the shopper after customizing and requesting a quote. The deleted request a quote item reflects in Artifi admin. The status is “In Progress” for the deleted request a quote item.
3. Saved Design - When a shopper deletes the saved design, the deleted design is maintained in the deleted history in Artifi. The status is “Draft” for the deleted design from saved designs.
Steps to Preview Deleted History
1. Hover on Reports and click on the Deleted History
2. The below screen appears with the list of deleted history.
3. Below are the details that are displayed in the Deleted History section.
a. Design Id: This is an auto-generated id when a shopper deletes the items added to the cart, requests a quote, or saved design data.
b. Product Name: This is the product name to identify for which product the data has been deleted from add to cart, request a quote, and save the design.
c. Product Code: This is the product code to identify for which product the data has been deleted from add to cart, request a quote, and save the design.
d. SKU: This is the product SKU to identify for which product the data has been deleted from add to cart, request a quote, and save the design.
e. Website Name: This is the website name to identify from which website the data has been deleted from add to cart, request a quote, and save the design.
f. UserId: User Id of the shopper who deleted the data from add to cart, request a quote, and save the design.
g. Created Date: This is the date of the deleted history.
h. Status: This is the status from where the design has been deleted. If the design is deleted from Cart, it will be in In Progress status. If it is deleted from the Save Design, the staus will show as Draft.
i. Action
i. Restore - The administrator can restore the design by clicking on the link Restore.
ii. Delete Forever - The administrator can delete the design forever which cannot be reverted.
