Download Output Files

There are different types of output files generated as per the requirement. Below are the output files that we generate in Artifi once the product is added to the cart or checked out.

DST
Used for embroidery output. If an Artifi customer has the EMB input file(and not the combination of EMB and DST ) then we have a provision to generate the DST file. If the user desires to have a DST output file generated based on the user-provided EMB input file. Since this would be a special request from the Artifi customer they would be charged accordingly as per the charges applicable for such a DST output file generation. . This output is generated once the customized product has been checked out (purchased).
EMB
Used for embroidery output. This output is generated once the customized product has been checked out (purchased).
EPSThis is a vector output, however, if the input provided in this output is raster the output will also contain raster images in it. Basically, it depends on the input provided by the shopper or the type of clipart used to create a design.
PDF
This an output generated where the clipart or images are embedded and included in pdf. Artifi users can download it from this section. PDF can be either a vector of raster as per the input provided by the shopper or the type of clipart being used. Text in pdf is always a vector.
PDF Preview This is an exact replica of the design created on the designer by the shopper. This is always a raster file (both text and images are raster in this file).
PNG (Full Color)This is a png format raster output (both text and images are raster) having the same replica of the design created by the shopper where the Artifi user gets exactly WYSIWYG. 
PNG (1 BIT)
This is .PNG format black and white raster output (both text and images are raster).
SVGThis is a vector output, however, if the input provided in this output is raster the output will also contain raster images in it. Basically, it depends on the input provided by the shopper or the type of clipart used to create a design.
SVGz
This is a vector output, however, if the input provided in this output is raster the output will also contain raster images in it. Basically, it depends on the input provided by the shopper or the type of clipart used to create a design.

Steps to Download the Artifi Design File

Navigate to: Reports > All Orders > "Output Link" Action

1. Hover on "Reports" from the top menu.

2. Click on "All Orders", below screen will appear if there is more than one output assigned to the account.

3. Click on the output link, a popup will appear with all the output assigned to a particular account.

4. Click on the download link to download the output file.
