IP and Domain Whitelisting

IPs and Domain or IP Range whitelisting is important so that Artifi can be accessed through those IPs and domains. Also, it needs to be updated whenever there is a change in the IPs, Domains, or IP Range on the E-commerce end, the changed IPs, Domains, or IP Range need to be whitelisted in Artifi admin. 

Steps to Whitelist the IPs and Domains

  1. Hover on the "Merchandise" menu and go to the submenu "Website"Website Submenu Whitelist.png
  2. Click on the "Edit" link shown in the below snippet.Website Edit Whitelist.png
  3. The below screen will appear. Click on the "Add" yellow button highlighted below.
  4. A new row will be added to enter the IPs, Domains, and Price Integration URLs. The first column is for whitelisting the Domain/IP or IP Range. For more information click here.
  5. Once the details are added. Click on the “Save” button to save it.
  6. Added IPs or Domains would be able to access Artifi on their websites. 


Steps to Whitelist the IP Range

  1. Hover on the "Merchandise" menu and go to the submenu "Website"Website Submenu Whitelist.png

  3. The below screen will appear. Click on the "Add" yellow button highlighted below.
  4. Another row will be added. Select the IP Range from the dropdown.
  5. Add the IP Range in the next field from column Web Api Accessible Domain/IP Or IP Range.
  6. Once the details are added, click on the "Save" button to save the details.
  7. Added IP Range would be allowed to access Artifi on their website.
