Navigate to: Admin > Website > Settings > Application Settings
This is a global setting for the application. From here you can define the minimum dpi of the image on which the image will print.
Steps to Manage Application Settings
This is the global setting for the application.
- Click on Application Settings under Settings in left navigation.

- Enter the details of the Application setting.
Application Settings Details
Field Name | Field Descriptions |
| Upload Image | This is the loader message that you want to display to your website user. |
| Loader Message | Image extension that you want to upload, you can select the options from this. |
| Image Extensions | There are 12 file extensions that are accepted. AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, SVGZ, HEIC, HEIF, TIFF and WEBP |
| File Size (In MB) | This is the file size of the image that can be defined in MB. This can be defined in admin and website users can’t upload a larger file than the defined file size. |
| This is the default placeholder. If you want to change the default placeholder then you can upload your placeholder image from here. | |
| By default Yes is selected. This is functionality in which the image thumbnail will reflect instead of the main large image. | |
| If this option is selected then the thumbnail image will appear with its label. | |
| Image Width | User uploaded image/logo dimensions can be managed in this section. The maximum dimensions that can be defined in admin is 5000 px. If the shopper is uploading an image or logo larger than the defined value in this field, shopper will get a validation message in the popup. |
| Image Height | User uploaded image/logo dimensions can be managed in this section. The maximum dimensions that can be defined in admin is 5000 px. If the shopper is uploading an image or logo larger than the defined value in this field, shopper will get a validation message in the popup. |
| Remove Negative Space | Enabling this feature by selecting the checkbox will remove the negative space surrounding the logo. |
